The list is not for any particular GIS software. It should be used to communicate ideas, to discuss Connecticut GIS policy, to seek technical assistance, to inquire about the availability of GIS data, to post GIS and related job announcements, to announce GIS seminars and workshops and for other GIS related matters. The list is maintained by the Geospatial Technology Program in the Center for Land Use Education and Research at UConn. It is open to anyone using GIS technology or interested in learning about GIS.
