I don't think the block group ACS data is available on American
Factfinder.  It's only in the summary file.  I find the easiest way is
to use the Summary File Retrieval Tool at
http://www2.census.gov/acs2012_5yr/summaryfile/UserTools/.  It works
with Excel.

The Census has also started offering geodatabases with some ACS data
included.  These are available by block group.

Either way, watch those margins of error.  The data is best used at
larger geographic levels.
