Middlesex County 4-H Club, Wildlifers, is currently accepting 7 new
members ages 12-18. Club projects revolve around natural resources
including forestry, wildlife, soils, water and overall environmental
conservation. Community service projects, fundraisers, project and
business meetings will be planned throughout the year in addition to
involvement in county and statewide 4-H events.
Meetings are held in Middlesex County. An Open House meeting will be
held at Parmalee Farm in Killingworth on 10/25 at 2:30. From 3:00- 5 ish
we will be clearing brush away from the hiking trail at the farm. If planning
on attending, it would help if participants could bring some loppers or
pruners and gloves. The admission is free and refreshments will be served.
Parents should attend with their children.
