We understand that many are experiencing some very challenging times right now as we navigate a new way of learning and interacting with one another.  Please know that our faculty and the University care about you and your well-being. Our campus Mental Health Services are available to support you.


Beginning Monday 3/23/20 through the end of the spring semester, they REQUIRE that students call our office at 860-486-4705 before walking to the office. SHaW-Mental Health has moved to exclusively telehealth (online) or phone platforms for providing services to students for the duration of the semester. For students who need additional support: Individuals who are experiencing overwhelming anxiety or other mental health challenges resulting from this pandemic and its effects can seek additional professional mental health support. There is additional crisis support services for all students.
