I have a SPECIAL surprise!

As many of you had heard in summer of 2020, I reached out to my friend, Ken Komisar, who is the Manager of the Country Duo Brown & Gray to write a song to celebrate nurses as 2020 was designated as the Year of the Nurse and Midwife by the World Health Organization (WHO).

This "ask" resulted in Kaci Brown and Sam Gray writing a song for our Connecticut nurses and the Video of them singing the song was debuted (acoustic version) at our RN Student Day on November 5, 2020.

Moreover, Kaci and Sam recorded a separate "Shout Out" to our RN Students as they begin their transition into practice in 2021.

Moreover, they are interested in creating some sort of funding stream from net revenue to support nursing workforce in CT and beyond.
