4/20 is my understanding as well Julie.
We, as municipalities, are all preparing to "get the ball back"
regarding outdoor dining. Our local discussions are rooted in the
concept of "it's okay to do what you did last year". Meeting again
tomorrow with department heads to put a ribbon on our direction.
