Does anyone know what we can or cannot do with the $?

We have not even begun a discussion here, but I would like to present something if we believe some Econ. Dev. spending can be done to benefit our firms (directly or indirectly).

Patrick,
I met with our Mayor to discuss this very subject. We've decided that my office will work collectively with other departments to establish criteria and an application process for the distribution of the $4.4MM that Wallingford will be receiving (1/2 now and 1/2 in 2022). This is a conversation I'd like to throw out to all on the list serve as I feel that some level of consistency amongst communities is beneficial...inconsistency has the potential of creating competitive dialog that may not reflect well on any of us.
