Our program was funded through CDBG-CV funds and has been up for more than a year. It was intended to provide support to very small businesses (micro-enterprises) that were not being served adequately by other governmental programs like PPP. About half of the businesses that we assisted had not received any other governmental support at the time our assistance was provided.
