The City of Torrington's ARPA Committee is comprised of Municipal Department Heads.      We have created a strategic spending plan, which has been presented to City Council, and a survey to get community input. Hi All -
I've been asked by the Old Saybrook ARPA Committee to gather information from other towns on how they are using ARPA Funds to support businesses that have suffered economic hardship due to the pandemic. If you have a program (or more than one) in place I would appreciate information on what it is and how it has been received by the business community.
