Homeless Youth Planning Project

The Center for Children’s Advocacy seeks a temporary, part-time, dynamic person for its new Homeless Youth Planning Project.  

The Project will develop a comprehensive service delivery model for runaway and homeless youth in Connecticut.  The Project Director will work closely with the Center for Children's Advocacy, the Partnership for Strong Communities, and the statewide Homeless Youth Workgroup – Opening Doors – to ensure strong coordination and alignment of efforts between housing, data integration and supports/services.
