1,000 points (not that points matter in this forum) to the person who can solve my challenge:
I am trying to efficiently label my street centerlines with address ranges- i.e. “1 – 99” on one side and “2-100”
on the other. (sounds easy enough, right?)
Here’s the scenario:
-
I have 4 columns in the street centerline attribute table, from/to left, and from/to right…
-
The street centerlines are not always drawn in the correct direction of flow to correspond with the real world
addresses
-
I would like the address range label to appear on the corresponding side of the street for the addresses on that
side of the street (so that “1-99” is on the side of the centerline where addresses 1-99 can be found)
Best of luck to you all! I will gladly and happily (even excitedly) share the solution that works best and
most efficiently!
Kind regards,
Thad
