The Social Security Administration officers will be on campus to accept your SSN applications

(first-come, first-served!).

 

Date: Wednesday, 01/29/2014

Time: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Location: ISSS Office, McMahon Hall, Main Level

 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW & RETURNING INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

1.) You must have CHECKED-IN at the  ISSS Office (NEW Students Only)

2.) You must have your JOB or GAship OFFER LETTER - (1 photocopy)

3.) You must have your MOST CURRENT I-20 (if you are an F-1 student) or DS-2019 (if you are a J-1 exchange visitor) –(original and 1 photocopy)

4.) You must have your ELECTRONIC I-94 ADMISSION RECORD http://cbp.gov/i94  (1 photocopy)

5.) You must have your PASSPORT ID PAGE with PHOTO and VISA PAGE - (original and 1 photocopy)

 

6.)  You Must Have PROOF OF FULL-TIME REGISTRATION HISTORY (Enrollment verification w/ full history from the Office of the Registrar, Wilbur Cross Bldg.)
