I'm in South Africa, apparently. I'm guessing what happened is that the zip code field is stored as a number field, rather than a text field because I often see this happen in this situation. It looks like for some people the zero was dropped from the zip code, which leads to some interesting results. For me, I am in Bulgaria. Thanks to my co-worker Bryan Pavlik for discovering this.
