This Sunday morning, March 9, 2014, we moved into Daylight Savings Time which means you should move your watches and clocks ahead one hour.

Daylight Savings Time or summer time is the practice of advancing clocks and watches ahead one hour. By springing ahead one hour, you will lose one hour of sleep. The sun will rise later in the morning but the days will be getting longer.
Why do we move our clocks ahead one hour? There are a number of theories: some say that adding daylight to evenings benefits retailing, sporting events and other activities that utilize the sunshine, while others will say that this change affects our energy consumption for the good. Supposedly, we would be using less energy.
Please remember to move your watches and clocks ahead one hour when you go to sleep on Saturday night, March 8, 2014.
