A motion to release. But be careful. There may be info in the report that she does not want made available.

A parent asked me to do the same, but the eval also contained information as to her heroin use.

Not a good idea.

Subject: [KIDSCOUNSEL-L] Question re release of psych eval
Sent: Tue, Mar 25, 2014 11:00:21 PM

My client, the mother in a neglect case, underwent a psych eval. as ordered by the Court.
A report was issued and is contained in the file.
Mother wants a copy to use in an application for SSI.

What do I need to file to accomplish this?

Thank you in advance
