The Graduate School at the University of Connecticut is proud to invite Susan Rohde, a local interior designer, to provide guidelines for conquering the challenges
of work space and work flow. This workshop will contain an emphasis on creating a welcoming and functional work environment to facilitate getting things done.
Directly following will be a presentation on ergonomics by Terri Dominguez, a University of Connecticut Occupational Health
and Safety staff member. Topics covered will include working postures, selection and placement of workstation components, recognizing potential hazards and early symptoms, and other environmental factors, at work and at home, that may affect health, comfort
and productivity.
