Zero to Three's mission is to promote the health and development of all infants and toddlers. LYNETTE FRAGA is the Executive Director of Child Care Aware of America, a hub for trusted information about child care in the United States. Child Care Aware of America collaborates with over 600 state and local child care resource and referral agencies. In their presentation, Matthew and Lynette will discuss the current state of child care in the US and the policies and politics that inform the care environment.
