The Center for Children’s Advocacy will be holding their spring “Keep the Power On” utility clinic on Thursday, May 22, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Gengras Auditorium of St. Francis Hospital. Clinic
participants will meet with pro bono volunteers to discuss their utility issues and to discuss their financial challenges. Northeast Utilities (CL&P) and Connecticut Natural Gas will be on site to hopefully enter families into affordable payment arrangements.
Other community agencies will also be on site to assist families including Community Renewal Team, 211 INFOLINE, and the Special Kids Support Center
Attached you will find a flyer in Spanish and in English announcing the event. Please circulate the information to whomever you feel would be interested.
A second clinic will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in New Britain at The Hospital of Central Connecticut. Additional information about that event will be forwarded to you in the near
future.
If you have any questions or need additional information about either clinic please let me know.
