The Wadsworth Atheneum's First Thursday for June is a "dancin' in the street, '70s-themed block party," and guests are encouraged to come in costume. The fun, from 5 to 9

Spectators, survivors and walkers infect Hartford's XL Center Saturday, June 7, starting at 5 p.m. for the Walking Dead Escape, a zombie obstacle course where survivors climb,

Tree Walk — Connecticut Trails - Cedar Hill Cemetery – Hartford – June 7 – 10:00 am
Tree experts Ed Richardson and John Kehoe lead this 2-mile walk featuring Cedar Hill’s rare and notable trees. The tour, through the ornamental foreground and historic memorial sections,
will highlight trees such as the beautiful European Weeping Beech, the unusual (for the Northeast) Umbrella Magnolia and the Hemlock that had Mr. Richardson “stumped” – for a little while anyway. Free.
