We have just recently put a download site on our new Webpage. You can download the same data in shapefile and File GDB format. http://www.cambridgema.gov/GIS/gisdata.aspx Still working on a download site for larger files (over 10mb) on both sites. We also released an open data site yesterday. That might not be a format that works well for your users if they need shapefiles, but it would be lightweight and wouldn't require additional local IT infrastructure.
