Thanks everyone for your responses!

I work for a municipality so, budgets are always tight as many of you already know first hand. I am attempting to gauge whether or not I should be perusing the possibility of increasing our staff. It will be an uphill battle to say the least. I will obviously keep everyone posted if I get the opportunity to do so.
