Are you working on campus this year? Do you need to apply for a social security number?
If so, please come to Social Security Services day at ISSS this Wednesday, August 27 from 1:00 -4:00 p.m. to meet with ISSS and a social security officer.

Everyone must bring the following documents with them to services day:

*         Passport (original and one photocopy)

*         F-1/J-1 visa or change of status documents (original and one photocopy)

*         I-94 card or printout (original and one photocopy)

*         I-20 pages one and three (F-1 students only - original and one photocopy)

*         DS-2019 page one (J-1 students only - original and one photocopy)

*         On-campus employment offer letter or GA offer letter (original and one photocopy)

*         J-1 Work Authorization Letter from ISSS (J-1 students only - original and one photocopy - if you have this)
Photocopies can be made in the Library, level one "Homer Commons" with your Husky OneCard.

Students will be helped in the order the arrive, so arrive early to ensure your spot in line!
