Are you working on campus this year? Do you need to apply for a social security number?

If so, please come to Social Security Services day at ISSS this Wednesday, August 27 from 1:00 -4:00 p.m. to meet with ISSS and a social security officer.

Everyone must bring the following documents with them to services day:

· Passport (original and one photocopy)

· F-1/J-1 visa or change of status documents (original and one photocopy)

· I-94 card or printout (original and one photocopy)

· I-20 pages one and three (F-1 students only - original and one photocopy)

· DS-2019 page one (J-1 students only - original and one photocopy)

· On-campus employment offer letter or GA offer letter (original and one photocopy)

· J-1 Work Authorization Letter from ISSS (J-1 students only - original and one photocopy – if you have this)

Photocopies can be made in the Library, level one “Homer Commons” with your Husky OneCard.
