Hi folks, 

I hate to ask a basic question here but what references do you use to get Mass. state plane ground to grid corrections for entering plans using COGO?  I'm working with new plans but occasionally run into old ones.

Are there different distance factors for different parts of the state? I'm hoping to get some references for Direction Offsets and Distance Factors.
