Hi Thad – Got this from our Chief Construction Engineer, might be what you need:

 

Have them go to this website

 

http://www.gelighting.com/LightingWeb/na/solutions/outdoor-lighting/roadway/m-400a-powr-door-roadway-luminaire-with-cutoff-optics.jsp

 

then click on “Outdoor Lighting Design Tool” button on bottom right of page to see light radius around streetlight poles, based on type of light it is.
