Thriving in Graduate School: Connection is Resilience

Did you know that research indicates that connections contribute to positive mental health and longevity?! At times the rigors of graduate student life can be not only stressful but isolating. On Tuesday, September 23rd from 2-4pm, join us in Whetten 200 to take a wellness break and gather peer support around the challenges and triumphs of graduate student life. Here we will identify ways in to increase positive well-being as you travel this journey.
