Walk-In Travel Signature Week at ISSS is coming up! Students who come to ISSS or meet with an ISSS advisor at designated regional campuses during the walk-in travel signature times can have their Forms I-20/DS-2019 signed by a DSO/ARO in person. Normal processing time can take up to 2 weeks – eliminate the wait!  Please see the attached flyer for the Walk-In Travel Signature Week for full details and a list of what documents to bring. Please note the dates listed on the flyer are for Storrs campus only.

Schedule Overview:

Storrs: November 10-14, Monday/Friday 9 am -11:30 am, Tues/Wed/Thurs 1 pm -3:30 pm, ISSS (McMahon Hall Room 183)

GBLC: November 12, 9 to 11 am, Room 410. This is only for School of Business students who have keycard access to the upper GBLC floors.

Stamford: November 18, 10 am to 12 pm, Room 113.

Please remember:

·         We will only give walk-in travel signatures to students who bring completed applications- if your application is not complete you will be asked to return with all of the required documents. Regional campus students must bring the same documents as Storrs campus students (see flyer for full listing).

·         How to get your full time enrollment certificate: Storrs campus students can go to the Registrar office in Wilbur Cross building to request their full time enrollment certificate. GBLC students can call the Storrs campus Registrar and ask for the full time enrollment certificate to be mailed to them. Please allow enough time for mailing. See www.registrar.uconn.edu  for contact information. Stamford campus students can request the full time enrollment certificate through the Registrar office located at your campus (Room 202). The Stamford campus Registrar must request your certificate from the Storrs campus Registrar, so please request your enrollment certificate early.

·         Other regional campus students whose campuses are not directly served may set up an appointment with an ISSS advisor to get a travel signature at their campus. Go to www.isss.uconn.edu and click on the orange button that says “Schedule an Appointment- Regional Campus students” on the ISSS home page to do this.

Thank you!
