Hi Michael, Things may have changed, but Model Builder always used to have problems running a model twice-that is, if a model had been run once, and data was created, it wouldn't run again because the dataset already exists. Try deleting the created dataset if you haven't already... I can get the tool "Make Route Event Layer" to run successfully, but not the subsequent "Feature Class to Feature Class". The odd thing is, at one point I had the model working and don't believe I changed any of the values in this tool. Now all of a sudden it has become an issue. Any thoughts? I have tried saving in both the default scratch and current workspaces, as well as in a temp folder as a shapefile and receive the same results.
