Hello, I am a product manager at EDR, based in Shelton, CT. The company I work for, EDR, is a database and mapping company serving environmental consultants with map reports and historical imagery. I am doing some general research on the history of GIS and tax mapping at the municipal level, and I'm interested in talking to any tax assessor departments on how they are using GIS and mapping in their work.
