Leslie Pelch of VCGI will begin an updated series of webinars on using QGIS (free and open source GIS software), starting with a basic Intro to QGIS on Jan. 29 at 2 PM, followed by QGIS: Data Acquisition and Transformation on February 10th at 1:30 PM.
