Happy Friday Everyone.

Where I work within the water and waste-water community, we are looking to redefine some salary ranges for a GIS Coordinator and Analyst. Does anybody have any resources that they prefer to use to determine these values? If anybody is willing to offer up some anecdotal evidence, I wouldn't be objectionable but, that's, well, up to you.
