REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR

GIS BASE MAP DEVELOPMENT

Proposals Due: MARCH 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. EST

 

The Metropolitan District (“the MDC”) requires production of new MDC-wide 4-band color and CIR orthophotography; detailed 40-scale planimetrics and 1-foot contours based on new Spring 2015 aerial digital photography to be performed as part of this project. The base map deliverables shall overlap the MDC boundary 500 feet in all directions and include the other shore of the Connecticut River opposite to any MDC communities, including a portion of the Town of Farmington. Total project area is 168.8 square miles.

 

Sealed Qualifications and Proposals will be received by the MDC no later than 2:00 PM (local time) on MARCH 11, 2015.

 

Prospective bidders must register on the MDC’s eBid Procurement Site and download the solicitation document at www.ebidexchange.com/mdc. Sealed bid proposals must be submitted, as specified in the solicitation document, to:
