“Success and failure both start early. Children who have academic or behavioral difficulties as early as elementary school are likelier eventually to be arrested than their peers…Connecticut should ensure that small mistakes by our children do not set them on a path to failure,” said Center for Children’s Advocacy’s Executive Director, Martha Stone.
