All,

I’m using the ArcGIS JavaScript API (v 3.13) and I’ve lost the ability to capture the Map mouse-drag events in IE 10+. I’ve tested that the events are captured in IE 7-9, Chrome, and Firefox. Below is the fiddle I used for testing.
