Has anyone had experience with ESRI phone apps? In particular, we are interested is a phone app that allows users to report locations where there is a health/public safety concern. Take a look at: http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/help/health-safety-reports/ Specifically, we would like a customized phone app to report locations where lead is exposed. The user would take an image of the location (such as chipped paint on an old house) then send the image and it's location to the local/regional/state health department. Thanks, Orlando Orlando J.
