International Christian Fellowship (www.uconnicf.org<http://www.uconnicf.org>) would like to welcome you to UCONN whether you are returning for the semester, new to the university, or have been a part of our activities in the present as well as past! We are sponsoring a couple of events that are coming up SOON! Please sign up for them on our website. The WELCOME BACK picnic on Saturday, August 29th will include a great typical American picnic, water sports like boating, canoeing, swimming, water skiing, and a relaxing day in a beautiful country setting only 30 minutes from campus. We will meet to car pool at St. Mark's Chapel at 10am. Here is the link to the chapel as far as directions; http://www.stmarkschapel.org/about-us/directions/

In addition, we will have a UCONN Dairy Bar Ice Cream Social (think lots of great ice cream made right on campus!) on Friday, September 4th. We will meet at St. Mark's at 6:30pm for an enjoyable time of meeting new friends, information, and a chance to eat great ice cream! On Fridays after that, we'll meet for a home cooked meal, Bible Study, singing, and more activities all throughout the semester.

Our organization exists to SERVE YOU while you study at UCONN. We seek to share the love of Christ, meet your needs, and to be a valuable resource to you as you continue your education. Our local volunteers are a great team of folks who love internationals and who are well-acquainted with the challenges and joys that you will experience. We hope to see you some time during your time at UCONN. And bring your family with you! We welcome people from all walks of faith to be a part of our gatherings.

If you have any questions or concerns about our organization, please contact Ruth at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. She can take care of you! She and her husband, Jon, are the current co-head leaders of the organization. Below is a picture of she and her family somewhere you may recognize, as well as a couple of other pictures to inspire you to join us!

We hope to meet YOU SOON!
