Dear Students,

This message is for F-1 visa students enrolled at the Regional Campuses only.

In June 2015, immigration updated the layout/format of the Form I-20.  Immigration requires all students to have the new formatted I-20.  You have been issued a new I-20 and it will be ready for pick up on the following dates and times (noted below) at your regional campus.  Please pass by to pick up your I-20.  You do not have to make an appointment to pick up your I-20.

Students Traveling Over Thanksgiving/Winter Break

Pass by Room 404 to pick up your new I-20 and get a travel signature during the designated times.  Bring your Passport, Enrollment Verification and your current I-20 with you. 

If you recently (within the past semester) applied for a travel signature, and if you will be picking up your updated I-20 on one of the dates listed, I can sign your new I-20 (again) for travel. 

GBLC: Tuesday, November 17 from 9am-12pm, Room 404 (Travel Signature day)

Stamford: Thursday, November 19 and December 3 from 10am-12pm, Room 113 (Travel Signature Day)

Students NOT Traveling over Thanksgiving/Winter Break

If you are not traveling over Thanksgiving break please pass by to pick up your new I-20 on these dates and times.  You can pass by for I-20 pickup without an appointment.

GBLC: Tuesdays, November 17, December 1 and December 8 from 9am-3:30pm, Room 404

Stamford: Thursday, December 3 from 10am-1:30pm Room, Room 113

Law School: Thursday, December 10, Hosmer 190 from 9am-11:30am

Greater Hartford Campus: If you did not pass by last week to pick up your new I-20, please email me so that we can arrange the shipping method to your local address.
