Mobile Legal Office Coordinator - Part Time (12-15 hours/week) [cid:[log in to unmask]]The Center for Children's Advocacy seeks an experienced, organized Outreach Coordinator for our innovative Mobile Legal Office. The Mobile Legal Office, a professional law office inside a customized van, visits community sites in Hartford to provide legal services to homeless youth. The Coordinator provides community outreach to youth who are homeless and agencies working with these youth. Responsibilities include driving the Mobile Legal Office, connecting with youth and agencies serving homeless youth in the Hartford area to increase awareness of the Mobile Legal Office and make legal services available, providing limited case management, conducting client intakes, completing client surveys, collecting data from client files and entering data into a computer database. Qualifications: Must have experience working with at-risk youth in an urban setting. Minimum of 2 years of college courses. Cultural competence is required. Must have a driver's license and a reliable car. Salary/Benefits: Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and are within the general range of salaries for public interest organizations.
