Dear F-1 Visa Students,

This email is a reminder to those students on F-1 visas who have not yet collected the newly formatted I-20 document that was issued at the beginning of November to all F-1 students. If you have already collected your newly formatted I-20 that was issued in November, please disregard this email. This email does not apply to new students who began their programs in January, 2016.

PICK UP TIMES

Please collect your document by February 10th from the ISSS office at Storrs campus to ensure that you receive it. You may pick up your I-20 on Monday to Friday, between 2pm and 5pm.

REGIONAL CAMPUS PICK UP DATES

Students who attend programs at the following regional campuses may also drop by without an appointment to pick up their newly formatted I-20 that were issued in November on the following dates during ISSS advising hours:

Stamford campus: February 1st, Room 113

GBLC Campus: February 9th, Room to be determined (contact Nadine Boudissa at [log in to unmask] prior to picking up your Form I-20)

ADDRESS REMINDER

In addition to obtaining a newly formatted Form I-20, please remember that F-1 visa students are required to update your current local address (where you are physically living) and your home country address (where you are maintaining a permanent residence outside the U.S.) in Student Admin within 10 days.  If you are unsure how to update your address, the ISSS website lists instructions here: http://peoplesofthelp.uconn.edu/student/st17cs90.html or  http://isss.uconn.edu/students/current-students/current-students-update-your-address/ . It is also recommended that you update your Mailing/Billing address at the same time, to ensure that you will be able to receive mail from the University.

Thank you,
