Good morning all,
Has anyone else received this error while trying to update to ArcGIS 10.4? (Please see attached snippet.)
The error seems to only happen for the Desktop Setup, as the other components have installed smoothly. I am troubleshooting this now, but thought it would be good to see if anyone else has encountered and fixed this issue in the case that
I cannot come up with a solution.
