Tickets are now on sale for the Annual Spring Bus Trip to Newport, Rhode Island on April 10, 2016 !!! Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online using a credit card: http://isss.uconn.edu/news/isss-sponsored-bus-trips/ Tickets can also be purchased with Cash or Check at the International Center (ISSS) – McMahon Hall, Room 183 between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM Only. Checks should be made out to “University of Connecticut” The Bus will depart the Storrs Campus (Hillside road outside of the Student Union) at 8:00 am and travel to Newport (approximately 1.5 hour ride). Upon arrival you will be free to explore until 7:00 p.m. We will return to the Storrs Campus (Hillside road outside of the Student Union) (approximately 1.5 hour ride). If you do not live on the Storrs campus it is important you make appropriate arrangements for returning home that evening. All tickets are non-refundable and the trip will be held rain or shine. It is important to dress appropriately for the day, remember to bring warm clothing as it tends to be cooler in the morning and evening hours. Also, be conscious of the weather report and bring a rain jacket or umbrella if necessary. Due to a limited number of seats, this trip is open only to current UConn students and scholars (and their dependents if any).
