The failure of the Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) to protect the rights of children under the American's with Disabilities Act has lead the Center for Children's Advocacy to file a Complaint  with the Justice Department. The Complaint describes how DSS and their Medicaid transportation vendor, Logisticare, failed to provide requisite accommodations to children with disabilities.
