Please see notice and link below: The Housing Authority of the City of West Hartford (WHHA) will be accepting Preliminary Applications for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program (formerly known as the Section 8 Program). The HCV Program is a federally-funded program which subsidizes decent, safe, and sanitary housing for low income persons. Applicants must meet all U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development income and eligibility guidelines.
