Hi Victor,

I doubt that exists, but you can purchase a yearly license for personal, non-commercial use through ESRI here:  http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcgis-for-home. At $100/year it is a pretty good deal.

Subject: Public/Free ArcGIS Locations

Hi All,

I would like to find a place, such as a library, where ArcGIS is available for use. I'd like to maintain my regular use of ArcGIS despite not having a personal copy at home nor a location at work that I can use. If anyone knows a good location for this, preferably around the Lexington, MA area, I would be very appreciative.

Thank you,

Victor
