The Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments has an opportunity for an individual to work approximately 20-35 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2016.  This position will assist GIS staff with updates to regional land use information.  You will be required to edit existing GIS data using information obtained from aerial photography, Google street view, CAMA data, and zoning boundaries.  Other duties may include creating, modifying, and maintaining GIS spatial datasets, scanning documents, and assisting with the creation of ArcGIS Online Story Maps.
