REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL FOR THE SPRING 2016 ORTHOIMAGERY AND LIDAR PROJECT The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) intends to hire a qualified firm to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) for aerial imagery and LiDAR captured in the Spring of 2016 for all 169 Connecticut municipalities.
