Post-Completion Optional Practical Training (OPT)

Are you graduating this year? Do you want to look for an internship or job in the U.S. after you finish your degree? If yes, you should attend the Post-Completion OPT workshop. The workshop will cover the basics on OPT application procedures, work authorization, work requirements and OPT extension opportunities.

Regional Workshops for Post Completion Optional Practical Training (OPT):

Monday, September 12, ROOM 134 from 10am-11:30am at the UConn Stamford Campus

Wednesday, September 14, ROOM 302 from 10am-11:30am at the Graduate Business Learning Center in downtown Hartford

*If you are a student from another UConn regional campus or if you are a student who cannot attend these workshops, you may pass by during walk-in hours at your campus to discuss practical training for internships and work after graduation. You may also refer to the isss.uconn.edu website for information regarding OPT.
