Hi to all: The Center for Children's Advocacy is excited to announce that the fifth edition of our Adolescent Health Care: Legal Rights of Teens(c) book is now available. The newest edition contains updates on all relevant areas of the law regarding adolescent healthcare (reproductive rights, access to mental health and substance abuse treatment), as well as the legal issues surrounding the HPV vaccination, the right to refuse vaccinations, expedited partner therapy treatment for STI's, and emergency contraception. In addition, the new edition adds new and updated sections on bullying in schools, the "mature minor doctrine" and domestic minor sex trafficking.
