The West Hartford Housing authority is accepting applications for a project based Section 8 program … for 55 and older heads of households.  The applications must be filled out on-line and are available at http://www.cthcvp.org/.  Applications are accepted on a first-come first served basis.  Please refer to the pre-application instructions for further details.
