Graduate Student and Postdoc Career Workshop (10/27/2016) –
The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership – Employers Seek Applicants with Leadership Knowledge & Experience
Location: Student Union, Room 325
Thursday, October 27, 4:00PM – 5:30PM
This workshop covers each of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership (Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, Encourage the Heart). As a framework for working within groups, the Five Practices will provide participants with a roadmap for effective organizational leadership and individual assessment.
